I am a MS student in Electrical Engineering at Iran University of Science and Technology. I currently study under supervision of Prof. Ali Abdolali. My thesis research is focused on spatial patterning of subwavelength electromagnetic fields. A multitude of biophysical applications, such as magnetic drug targeting, bioMEMS, and wireless power transfer builds on this topic. These all lie in the area of noninvasive treatment: healing human diseases with no need to surgical operation.

In 2018, I served as a visiting student researcher at EMC Design Lab, KAIST, South Korea developing a novel system of powering and remote steering for biomedical microrobots. Overall, the experiences I gained during my master's at IUST and KAIST gave me a deeper insight into the interdisciplinary uses of electromagnetics in the next generation of treatment.
