I am just an average man trying to have an above average effect on    the world around me, sometimes successfully, and sometimes not!

About me:                                                                                 CV

I was born and brought up in Iran, Behshahr, an ancient city with an enriched history for more than 3000 years ago, At the northern part of Iran, close to the Caspian Sea which has a marvelous year-round green environment.

After finishing high school I entered the Iran University of Science and Technology (IUST) which is the oldest technical university in Iran, in the field of Industrial Engineering (IE) in 2001. I finished my BS in IE in June 2005 and got admitted to MS program in IE in August 2005 without National entrance exam and based on my research background and my academic merit. I must mentioned that All of my research experience have shaped when I was doing my elective research project under the supervision of Dr. Tabari whom acquainted me with the art and science of management and team leadership.

Currently, I doing my research under supervision of Prof. Aryanezhad, Dr. Tavakoli-Moghaddam, and Dr. Tabari on Decison Making and Facility Location Problem. Besides, My great interest in teamwork accompanied by valuable experiences, led me to become the head of "University’s Entrepreneurship Center" which is the universities' spinal core to promote the culture of success and creativity thinking between their students.

Having scientific and management activities in the university gave me the confidence to start thinking about continuing my education in this field. My goal is to teach at the university level and pursue my research in one of the worldwide most recognized and accredited universities.

Research Interests:

Supply Chain Management, Decision Sciences, Facility Location, Queuing Theory, Information and Communication Technology.
