Conducting a Visual Test (VT) for quality control on our product, checking for potential defects induced by lubrication during the manufacturing process

Lubrication plays a crucial role in glass bottle manufacturing, facilitating the seamless movement of glass along the production line and within the molds. This process is instrumental in preventing the glass from adhering to the molds, thereby ensuring a production flow that is both smooth and efficient. It is imperative that the chosen lubricant can endure the elevated temperatures inherent in the glass manufacturing process without compromising the properties of the glass. In this project, we have successfully developed an effective and cost-efficient lubricant tailored for glass bottle manufacturing.

Our products have received approval from two quality control assessments in the bottle manufacturing industry, confirming their suitability for integration into glass bottle manufacturing lines. The video below demonstrates the performance of our product in action, having been utilized continuously for an entire day across six sections of the IS lines, with results meeting acceptable standards.
