Agenda for this week
- Mahdi Lotfi will give us an overview of BERT (Links:1,2,3)
- Majid Zarharan will give us an overview of recent research and trends on Fake News and Fact Checking. Majid also has some ideas for data mining/collection and machine learning in the education sector. We are eager to hear his thoughts and ideas.
- Facebook’s F8 Developer Conference started yesterday. There are several NLP/ML/AI related talks. Please check the schedule and bring notes from any favorite talks/sessions you like.
Time: Wednesday May 5th 3:30-5pm
Location: We don’t have a place reserved yet. We will meet in my office at 3:30pm and go from there.
